From shaded patios to furnished lakefront rentals, our park has flexible accommodations suited for snowbirds, full-timers, and weekend visitors alike.

Full Hookup RV Sites – Stay for a Month or Two Years

Our spacious RV sites come equipped with 30 and 50 amp electrical hookups, water, and sewer connections. Every site features a concrete or wood patio and is situated to provide both privacy and a view of the natural landscape. Most sites are shaded by mature trees and bordered by well-maintained grass, with plenty of room for additional vehicles or outdoor seating.



Whether you’re looking for a short-term spot for a fishing trip or a long-term lease for seasonal living, we offer rental options from one month up to two years. All sites are located within our gated community, offering safety, tranquility, and a sense of neighborhood.

On-Site Amenities for Every Guest

Guests renting an RV site enjoy full access to our park amenities, including:

  • A 24/7 bathhouse with hot showers and laundry facilities (the Bird House)
  • A gated concrete boat ramp leading into Lake Rosalie
  • Two private docks, including one with lights for night fishing
  • A large community pool and shaded lounging area
  • A fire pit and BBQ space for outdoor cooking and gathering
  • An on-site dump station and ice machine
  • Extra parking and storage space for boats, or other equipment

Furnished Rental Options – Coral House and Lakefront Trailer

For guests who prefer a fully furnished stay, we offer two beautiful lakefront rental units:

  • Coral House (Sleeps 6)

    A fully furnished, spacious lakefront residence ideal for families or small groups. The Coral House includes a screened lanai, full kitchen, living room, master suite, washer and dryer, and outdoor seating with a fire pit. Please note: this rental is not pet-friendly.

  • Lakefront Trailer (Sleeps 2)

    A cozy, comfortable trailer perfect for couples or solo travelers. Located directly on the lake, this unit includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, and lake-view seating area. A great option for weekend escapes or low-maintenance getaways.

Rental Terms, Rates, and Policies

All RV site rentals and furnished units are available by phone or email inquiry. Rates vary by season and length of stay.

Key policies include

  • Two pets allowed per site with proof of rabies vaccination

  • Additional guests: $3 per person, per night

  • Furnished units require a $150 cleaning fee

  • No smoking inside rental units or public buildings (subject to $250 fine)

  • Quiet hours are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment

  • No ATVs are permitted; maximum park speed is 5 mph
